Spend a bucolic evening on the shores of the Sheepscot River in Newcastle, sipping champagne and enjoying hors d’oeuvres while Lincoln Academy student jazz combos provide the soundtrack at “Champagne on the Sheepscot.”
Join us on Saturday, Sept. 9, from 4:30 -7 p.m.; in addition to Champagne, full bar and wine stations will be located around the property. Gourmet appetizers will be prepared by a team of talented Midcoast Conservancy volunteers, ably assisted by local caterer Jody Brown. Wander the fields and shoreline trail, and meet or greet friends and fellow conservation supporters.
