The sale of the former Davis Island Grill in Edgecomb will be on Thursday, Nov. 21, a Keenan Auction Company employee said November 13.

Also rescheduled for sale at the same time are two condominiums attached to the restaurant, which is located at the corner of Route 1 and Eddy Road.

All three had been set to be auctioned off in October, at the same auction where Boothbay's Coburn House found a buyer. The Bank of Maine, owner of all four, pulled the Edgecomb properties so that more work could be done on descriptions of their boundaries.

The November 21 auction is set for 11 a.m. A preview runs from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., auction company employee Joseph Gould said.
