Arrests/Summonses

July 1, Brooke Stratton, 43, of Wiscasset was arrested for OUI (alcohol) and Violating Conditions of Release, by Sergeant Perry Hatch.

July 1, Frank Perkins, 64, of Wiscasset was arrested for OUI (alcohol), by Officer Nathan Willhoite.

July 3, Theodore Cocco, 58, of Waldoboro was arrested for Violating Condition of Release, Operating After License Suspension and Attaching False Plates, by Officer Hunter Farrell and Officer Jonathan Barnes.

July 4, Donald Philbrook, 43, of Bridgton was summonsed for Operating with Suspended Registration, by Farrell.

July 5, Dennis Davis, 75, of Wiscasset was arrested for OUI (alcohol), by Willhoite.

July 7, Joshua Watkis, 46, of Alna was summonsed for Attaching False Plates, by Farrell.

July 8, Victoria McGrath, 22, of Scarborough was arrested for OUI (alcohol), by Farrell.

July 9, Nathaniel Alexander, 34, of Wiscasset was arrested for Domestic Violence Assault, by Farrell and Willhoite.

July 9, Devin Alexander, 33 of Wiscasset was arrested for Domestic Violence Assault and Terrorizing, by Farrell and Willhoite.

July 9, Samantha Beckim, 36, of Wiscasset was arrested for Terrorizing, by Farrell and Willhoite.

July 11, Matthew F. Smith, 36, of Wiscasset was arrested for OUI (alcohol), by Willhoite.

July 14, Brandon M. White, 32, of Dresden was arrested for OUI (alcohol), by Farrell.

July 14, Ryan Shorey, 30, of Southport was summonsed for Operation while License Suspended or Revoked, by Farrell.

July 14, Jimmy Soto, 34, of Sweetwater, Texas was arrested for OUI (alcohol), by Willhoite.

July 15 John D. Maclaren, 74, of Wiscasset was arrested for Violation of Protective Order, by Willhoite and Farrell.

Accidents

July 2, Hatch responded to an accident on Gardiner Road. Serene Henley, 19, of Whitefield was traveling northbound when she stated she fell asleep, crossed the center line and left the roadway.

July 2, Chief Lawrence Hesseltine took a report of an accident that occurred in a business parking lot on Bath Road. Kenneth Chapman, 66, of Wiscasset was legally parked with the vehicle unoccupied. Bailey Bartlett, 36, of Westport Island was backing out of the spot next to Chapman and struck the unoccupied vehicle.

July 4, Barnes responded to an accident on Main Street. Steven Polches, 48, of South Bristol was traveling southbound slowing in traffic. Harishankar Nagarajan, 37, of Plainsboro, New Jersey was traveling southbound and struck the rear of the Polches vehicle.

July 5, Willhoite responded to an accident at a business parking lot on Gardiner Road. Shania Marr, 27, of Wiscasset was parked legally. Dennis Davis, 75, of Wiscasset attempted to park beside Marr and struck the vehicle.

July 11, Hatch responded to an accident on Bath Road. Bruce Sukeforth, 60, of Wiscasset was traveling northbound and stopped to allow a pedestrian to cross the roadway. Eric Palangi, 70, of Damariscotta was traveling northbound, failed to see Palangi stopped, and struck the rear of the Palangi vehicle.

July 13, Farrell responded to an accident at the intersection of Hooper Street and Gardiner Road. Charles Benore, 86, of Bristol was traveling southbound on Gardiner Road following the roadway. Olivia Monti, 22, of Nobleboro was eastbound on Hooper Street attempting to go straight and struck the Benore vehicle.

July 13, Farrell responded to an accident on Bradford Road. Brandon White, 32, of Dresden was traveling northbound, crossed the centerline and left the roadway striking a utility pole.
