Dennis Hilton, a Damariscotta native who has owned Newcastle Square Realty for almost 20 years, has assumed management responsibilities within the company following the recent coordinated departure of his former business partner James Cosgrove.

“We have just entered a very exciting period for our company and me personally, along with our 11 talented brokers, and the buyers and sellers we work with,” said Hilton.

Hilton, who now occupies a small first-floor office in their Main Street, Damariscotta location, is already bringing renewed attention to many areas of the real estate company’s operations. This includes coordinating an update of the firm’s website at www.mainecoastproperties.comand a comprehensive review of their technology platforms.

He is also pleased to announce an immediate expansion of their overall marketing strategy, evidenced by larger and cleaner looking print ads in the Down East magazine, The Real Estate Book, Maine Home+Design, and other media outlets.

Lorrie Zeiner, who joined the company in 2013 and has over 30 years of real estate experience in the midcoast, is the new designated broker at Newcastle Square Realty. Kirstie Ransdell, also a long-time NSRA broker, is coordinating advertising.
