Wiscasset Chamber of Commerce opened a new location at 524 Bath Road on August 30.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony brought together state and local representatives, business owners and residents: At back, from left, Wiscasset town planner Misty Gorski, Sen. Chris Johnson, Viki Hersom (Bank of Maine), Chip Davison (Davison Construction), Bill Belmore (Avalon Antiques), Rep. Les Fossel, Pat Stauble (Stauble and Chambers Antiques), Nancy Carleton (Roy Farmer Associates) and Wiscasset selectman Ed Polewarczyk. In front: Wiscasset Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors chairman David Stapp and Wiscasset Board of Selectmen members Judy Colby and Chairman Pamela Dunning.
Keli Park is the newest addition to the chamber as an assistant to the board of directors. She will welcome guests as well as volunteers.
