Clamshell Quilters will meet on Monday, Nov. 14 at the Faith Baptist Church in Newcastle. At 2 p.m. we will gather for an optional, casual sew and chat session. Quilters are welcome to bring their own projects or help with community service projects. Currently these include quilts, walker bags, and place mats. Should anyone decide to stay for the evening program as well, they are invited to bring their own food and drink.

At 5:30 p.m host Cindy DeLong will introduce our speaker, Beverly Lord. Ms Lord is an active member of the Pemaquid Craft Co-op. She will explain how the co-op is organized and what the members create.

Later in the evening attendees will be asked to help fill in our 2017 meeting calendar. We are looking for speakers to invite for programs, as well as members and guests to demonstrate anything related to sewing and quilting. As always, everyone is invited!
