The Saturday afternoon portion of the Wiscasset Holiday Marketplace Dec. 7 - 10 will have the Downeast Brass Quintet adding to the festive atmosphere. Wiscasset Area Chamber of Commerce Board Chairman Monique McRae said the group is now confirmed to perform along the sidewalks throughout the event area, thanks to four sponsors: Greg’s Used Cars & Service, Norm’s Used Cars, Red’s Eats and Wiscasset Ford.

McRae said Monday about the four-day event, “It’s shaping up really good, and not only (that), but we already have some ideas for next year’s.”
