The annual fall half-price sale at Skidompha Second Hand Book Shop in Damariscotta will take place from Wednesday, November 11 through Saturday, November 14.

The shop is located in “The Red Barn,” 115 Elm Street, just up the hill from the library’s back door. It’s open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The book shop offers thousands of paperback and hardback books, in dozens of categories, for both children and adults. Also on sale will be puzzles, music CDs, movies on DVD and VCR, and audiobooks. Everything in the store will be on sale at half price, except for items already on hold at the front desk and those in storage.

The book shop is a major fundraiser for Skidompha Public Library. All items are donated and all staff members are volunteers. Donations are accepted whenever the shop is open.
